Digital Literacy Tree The Digital Literacy Program was part of a federally funded 5-year program (2009-2014) through Broadband Rhode Island (BBRI), an initiative that worked to create new opportunities by expanding broadband use and digital literacy across Rhode Island.  In 2015, the project will be transitioned over to the Rhode Island Adult Education Professional Development Center (RIAEPDC).

The graphic at left represents the original and continued vision of the project: A Digital Literacy Tree to engage and empower Rhode Islanders to adopt internet and computer use in their lives. Providing them the opportunity to grow and prosper in both their personal and professional lives.
